We specialize in Wander Braga Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, and MMA. The academy also offers cardio and self-defense classes, and private lessons. We have a great youth program in the above disciplines, and offer a challenging atmosphere for aspiring amateur MMA fighters. Our instructors are active competitors and have professional backgrounds in various martial arts.
