I would not hire this firm again if they were free. The attorney they gave us was late for court twice ,did not communicate well unless asking for more money, did not seem prepared in court did not object to witness being led which I observed myself ,looked at his watch alot and mumbled alot canceled appointments but most of all was willing to send my innocent son to prison for 5 years and 10 yrs probation without even an attempt for a counter offer. In my opinion that's not representing your client. Thank God I hired a new attorney who saved my sons life, in 2 days he got him probation , which is still aweful when your not guilty but ya know what ??? My son will still be alive for those 10 yrs of probation but for those who take people's lives in their hands for money and don't fight for them by doing a good job they will be the ones that lose in the end. Please do your research when hiring an attorney especially if your innocent because some of them could care less it's all about a quick buck .... I also thought most attorneys were suppose to discuss a plan with you and read or discuss evidence with you???? I guess I was wrong about that too.

Now that my DUI case is over, I have no reason to criticize Musca Law at all. I did not find anything lacking in the way they treated me, the way they treated the charges against me, or how the case ended. Honestly, everything went better than I expected. I do not plan to go driving drunk again, but I will call them if I ever need a DUI attorney in Fort Myers again.

My license is my livelihood, so I was scared to death that my second DUI would be the end of it. Things looked very bleak at the beginning, but my Musca Law DUI attorney was somehow able to convince the DA to grant me a deal that allowed me to keep my license. I was very impressed with this outcome; I didn’t think it could be done.
