Total SCAM. All this place does is tow. They don't do repairs. They don't answer their phone. Had our car there for a week. It never moved from the same spot. Had to pay $100 just to get it out of there. The place is nothing but a JUNKYARD. They use profanity. It's very dirty and unmanned. The Sheffield Lake PD seem to be in cahoots. DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE. Check out the hundreds of BAD REVIEWS on the internet! Lesson learned. Filing a complaint with the Attorney General and the BBB.
