With other plumbers I usually received an over-weight, sweaty and inappropriately discourteous man with his pants below his waist just waiting for me to cut the check. Not anymore, the plumber at Chicago Plumbing, Bobby was dressed appropriately, courteous, and extremely thorough. He made sure that I understood every part of the procedure before he started to work on it and gave me an estimate up front. Bobby had excellent knowledge of the problem. By the way, the drain that was giving me problems hasn't needed to be looked at since. Thanks for a job well done. Keep up the good work Chicago Plumbing Chicago needs plumber like this!!
