Hercules Towing Services

I called Hercules Towing earlier today because my car wouldn't start. In my car, the battery is in the trunk under a removable access panel but the owner's manual instructs you to jump start the car using two remote terminals under the hood. I had already tried to jump start the car using the remote terminals to no avail so I assumed that there was a problem with my starter. When I called Hercules and explained the problem, off the top of his head, the person I spoke with knew about my car's unusual battery configuration and told me that because of the weird set-up, it was extremely difficult to jump start my car using the remote terminals under the hood. Before I spent a bunch of money on towing and having my car looked at by a mechanic, the employee suggested that I should try to jump start my car by connecting the cables directly to the battery in the trunk (contrary to what the owner's nick said). The guy even went so far as to walk me through how to remove the access panel. Sure enough, his advice was right on the money and my car started right up.

Rather than tow my car needlessly and pocket my money, the employee spent 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining a way for me to avoid having to use his company in the first place. Needless to say, I'm thrilled. Hercules really went above and beyond. I will be recommending this company to anyone that will listen and when my car inevitably breaks down again, I will definitely go with Hercules.

Coming out of the bar is noticed my car light were on. I was there for almost 4 hours so when I got to my car of course the battery died. So I had to call the tow company. I called Hercules towing and told them to come out and give me a jump. They have arrived in 10 minutes gave me a jump and I was good to go. I was really satisfied with the fast and honest service that I received from Hercules towing.

After falling off my brand new motorcycle I needed it to get towed to the nearest body shop. I called Hercules towing and ordered a flatbed tow truck to come and tow my bike. The flatbed tow truck arrived very fast with all the right equipment for towing a bike. They even recommended me to their closest body shop in Sherman Oaks Koester automotive and collision center that did a great job fixing the motorcycle. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!!! They charged my credit card for a service that was never provided. Tom from dispatch told me that the driver would arrive in 35 minutes. 40 minutes later I call him to get and ETA and he said the driver was stuck in traffic and was 10 minutes away. 5 minutes later I get a phone call from a driver stating that the first driver was not able to make it and he could get to me in 45 minutes. I told him not to come. When I called Tom to ask him why he lied to me and said that the driver was 10 min. away he said he was sorry and I would not get charged since the service was not provided. As soon as he hung up he charged my credit card thinking I was an idiot and would not notice. I called TOM back to ask him why he charged my card and he hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and they would not answer the phone.

I was so excited and in a rush to get to a party in downtown that I forgot to turn off the light in the car. I came back and figured I need a jump start. So I called the first place I found on Google Hercules towing services and asked if they provide such a service. They told me they do and got all of my info and arrived in less than 20 minutes. They jumped my car fairly quick. Instead of just living after the job was done the driver Nick offered to stay an extra 20 minutes to see if the car was ok and that it was only a jump start that was needed. It turned out everything was good . I really appreciated the excellent emergency roadside assistant service.
