Outdoor Adventure

Ventura County Stand-Up Paddle Board School's group of instructors will give you that special attention needed in a private paddle board lesson. Our instructors will teach essential fundamentals which guide you through the process of learning to paddle board. No matter what your skill level, you will learn proper body alignment and posture, various techniques of paddling, paddle board etiquette, ocean knowledge, and water safety.

Times:
7 AM - 7 PM, 7 days a week (ages 7 and up) YEAR ROUND!

What to expect in a two hour lesson: land instruction and stretching, 90 minute lesson in the water, use of a top quality paddle board, paddle,&leash (wetsuit & life vest if needed).

Also available: paddle board and paddle rentals, weekend & evening workout classes, excursion paddle board adventures. Call for Prices or to book your individual adventure or group lessson.
