Poor Richard'S Restaurant

Poor Richard’s Restaurant (originally “Poor Richard’s Feed and Read”) opened in its current location. The Restaurant now serves classic hand-tossed, brick-oven baked, New York-style pizza by the 18-inch pie or giant slice, made from our own special dough and sauce. We also make overstuffed sandwiches, fresh vegetable salads, house-made dressings, soups, breads and lasagna. We proudly serve preservative-free, organic, and local food whenever possible, in addition to many whole grain, vegetarian, vegan, wheat, dairy, sugar and gluten-free options. We also have an extensive children’s menu. The back of the restaurant includes a whimsical castle play area, complete with toys, a children’s art space and a lending library of children’s books. We also feature Colorado Springs largest community bulletin board in the front of the restaurant.
