Recently had my old porch demolished and I was quite surprised and happy how everything went down! These guys were fast, professional and cheap. They definitely come highly recommended for anyone who needs some demo done, quick and cheap!

Concrete Removal at it's best! We needed to redo our driveway after a sewage backup forced us to cut a big hole in the middle of the driveway, what a pain but at the same time a great opportunity to have our driveway redone. First we had to have all the concrete broken up and removed, we called around and found that Local Demolition Encino was not only local but had the most competitive price and could schedule sooner than all the rest. They showed up right on schedule and had all the equipment and trucks they needed, they were so professional and hard working! After they hauled away all the broken up driveway they swept and cleaned the street area to where it was if they had never even been here at all! What wonderful, fast and reliable service! We WILL be adding Local Demolition Encino to our rolodex!

Joe is trustworthy, reliable, efficient, and reasonable. We called for an appointment on a Saturday and he was available the very next day. He called us an hour earlier to confirm and arrived promptly at our designated location.

I had a very bad termite infestation in my garage that was separate from my house. The wood was beyond saving so I decided to have it demolished instead of fumigating it. Good thing these guys charge cheap because I still have a garage to rebuild! Excellent work by the way....

Getting that old patio replaced was harder than I thought, but thanks to Local Demolition Encino we had it done quickly and professionally. They came on time and worked very hard! That old patio was soon gone and ready for the new one! The clean up job they did was stellar! We could not have asked for better service! We highly recommend them for all your demolition needs!

Our rental property was too run down to rent any longer so we had no choice but to sell (yeah right in this market) or demolish it and start from scratch! We chose to demolish and rebuild. Wise choice now that we look back because the guys we called to do the tear down left the property ready for anything! They even got all the pertinent permits and not only had the best quoted price but did the work within budget because they used all there own equipment and trucks!! Their guys were professional and worked very hard! We now have an empty lot that we can ether sell or rebuild on. I love that our options are so open now because of these guys! We will use them again if the need arises!

Cleanest demolition ever! I was so afraid our beautiful home would be in ruins when we chose to remodel our kitchen. These guys came in and covered EVERYTHING! I talking floors, furniture, walls! They even put in one of those big industrial fans to make sure the whole house wasn't covered in dust. After they took care of shutting off the electricity, water and gas they removed all the cabinets and countertops then they took out all the old appliances and went to work! I didn't see it again until after the fact, but OH BOY! It was cleaner than I had left it, they even used a high powered vacuum to clean up after themselves... We WILL be using them again I promise you that!

Redoing our kitchen and these were the guys to call! They could not have been better! They were very professional and clean! After setting up plastic to cover EVERYTHING, they carefully removed the appliances (which are staying) then they torn out the old counters and cabinets. They did a great job keeping it very clean for a demolition job! They even hauled away all the debris! Best job ever!

"Ooo Look a coupon" was my first reaction to this ad when we were looking for someone to come in and take all the tile out of our old bathrooms. Then I thought, well if they are offering so much off it must be expensive. Boy was I proven wrong! BEST PRICE out of all the calls I made, I was quoted a price and he even offered to come out that day to do a free onsite estimate. He was right on time and really did have the most professional customer service and lowest price I had experienced up to this point. I made the appointment right on the spot. He came out with his guys and trucks and equipment and got to work. First making sure everything was covered and "prepped" for the work. They kept everything so clean! Removed all this ugly 1970's tile and even used this great industrial vacuum after to make sure they left just a clean as when they started! What wonderful guys to have working in my home, professional, clean, fast and reliable! And all this at the best price in town! I can not recommend Local Demolition Encino enough! 5 stars all the way!

We wanted hardwood floors and needed all the carpet torn out and hauled away and the floor company we called wanted an outrageous fee for removing the carpet before installing the new floors (the floors may be a great deal, but that's where they get you!) so we took it upon ourselves to get the carpets out! We called around but got the best price from Local Demolition Encino. The work they did was incredible! They moved all the furniture out to the garage without damaging a thing! They were clean quick and efficient! Hauled everything away and now we are ready for our new floors! These guys are the BEST!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs demolition work done!
