I hired my local demolition company to remove a children’s wooden playhouse that took up the entire backyard . The company had everything torn out and removed in 2 days. The crew was excellent , they knew how to take it apart , and they cleaned up all the debris. Great job.

What a wonderful company to work with! We had a pool that needed to be demolished and filled in... Who can afford a pool in this economy right!? So we called a spoke with Joe who came out the same day and gave us the lowest estimate we had gotten so far (out of two others) the work was done within the week! My husband noted that our garage could use a make over as well and we know who we will be calling right away! (maybe after the holidays!) But if you need any kind of demolition work done these are your guys!!!

I had a small guest house built in my backyard back in the 70's. Its been almost 10 years since anyone ever used it and in the condition it was in, no one ever would. So I looked around for someone who can demolish it so I can use the space as a garden or a Hot Tub. Local Demo gave me a wonderful price for the job and they did it all in less than a week.

I had some parts of my house that I needed demolished to make more space. Luckily these guys charge cheap but do a great job. Not only did they save me a money, they did such an excellent job that I wished the also did home renovations.

Concrete Removal at it's best! We needed to redo our driveway after a sewage backup forced us to cut a big hole in the middle of the driveway, what a pain but at the same time a great opportunity to have our driveway redone. First we had to have all the concrete broken up and removed, we called around and found that Local Demolition West Hollywood was not only local but had the most competitive price and could schedule sooner than all the rest. They showed up right on schedule and had all the equipment and trucks they needed, they were so professional and hard working! After they hauled away all the broken up driveway they swept and cleaned the street area to where it was if they had never even been here at all! What wonderful, fast and reliable service! We WILL be adding Local Demolition West Hollywood to our rolodex!

Remodeling our Kitchen! I could not wait to turn our outdated old kitchen into a modern kitchen The Jetsons would be jealous of! New everything! Our contractor (a close family friend) recommend Local Demolition West Hollywood. What a reliable company to work with! They were so professional and clean! Most of all CLEAN! My main concern was keeping the rest of the house immune to the affects of this major project. They covered EVERYTHING with thick plastic and had this big fan(s) to make sure I wasn't dusting thick layers of dust off all my furniture and shelfs. They even covered our hardwood floors with a thick blanket like padding so the comings and goings never even touched our floors. They removed all the old appliances, counter tops and cabinets without damaging the floors or walls. I can't wait to see what my new kitchen will look like when we are done, but I know the hard part is over and we could not have been more please with how professional and clean Local Demolition West Hollywood had been for us! If you're going to remodel any room in your home these are the guys to call!! (That is if you want it done for the best price and done well)

We wanted hardwood floors and needed all the carpet torn out and hauled away and the floor company we called wanted an outrageous fee for removing the carpet before installing the new floors (the floors may be a great deal, but that's where they get you!) so we took it upon ourselves to get the carpets out! We called around but got the best price from Local Demolition West Hollywood. The work they did was incredible! They moved all the furniture out to the garage without damaging a thing! They were clean quick and efficient! Hauled everything away and now we are ready for our new floors! These guys are the BEST!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs demolition work done!
