Drymaster Basement Waterproofing

We had water leaking into our basement. So I had an Drymaster representative over to have a look and give me an estimate for waterproofing. One of the rep's for Drymaster showed up. He was very courteous and thorough, explained in great detail on what had to be done and how it was to be done and how I would not have a water problem after completion plus about their guaranty. Sure enough they did a great job and we are worry free when it pours now. I would definitely recommend Drymaster to anyone with a problem with their foundation and needs waterproofing.

Great guys, explained our issue clearly and proposed the solution in an easy to understand and fully transparent way. They finished the work in one day incredibly and we were able to move forward with the other changes in the basement

I recently had a job done by these guys and was very happy. When they started removing the water damaged material it was obvious that I also had a very bad (hidden) mold problem. I chose them because they had said they plastic’s off the work area and also treated for mold when they did the waterproofing job. I actually thought of it as a precaution when I contracted for the work but feel lucky I chose them now as I would have needed to contract separately for the mold work if I had gone with one of the less expensive companies that only did waterproofing.

After waterproofing the wall on the driveway side, a paving company I hired to redo my driveway carelessly ripped out some flushing and some membrane which the paving company refused to repair properly. After the last torrential rain that lasted about 40 minutes, we found we had a leak in 2 areas of the basement on the same wall. We found that the problem was due to our wooden door sill which he had previously warned me about. DryMaster recommended changing our door sill and when that is completed he will come to waterproof the external joint again at no cost. The other problem was at the corner of the driveway wall and the front wall. Thank you DryMaster!!

OUR CREW WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND TOOK US TO A PREVIOUS JOB TO VIEW HOW OUR FOUNDATION WOULD LOOK WHEN FINISHED. THEY DIDN’T MIND CARRYING MATERIALS AN EXTRA 40FT TO ACCOMMODATE US WITH THE WASTE BIN LOCATION AND EVEN PARGED A BIT OF OUR WALKWAY AT NO CHARGE.
