Mikey did an excellent repairing my garage door. I woke up one morning to find my door completely off balanced turns out one of the spring had broken. Mikey did a great job and only charged me half of what the other guys were quoting me. I also received a great warranty on both the parts and the labor.

Our spring broke, so we had it replaced along with new rollers and cables. However the old door began popping after these repairs. Ronnie came by the same day we called him and said we needed a new door and he gave us a full credit for the prior work toward the new door. David installed the new door the next day. He was very friendly even as I watched him work to learn how the pros install doors. He was nice to return two days later, on short notice, to install the weather stripping after I painted the trim around the new door. Their customer service is excellent and their product are top quality.

The technician (David) was great. First he had "called" to say he was at a job site that was running bit longer than expected(which was fine since I was home for the remainder of the day anyway). Secondly, I had lost my voice with Laryngitis & David was able to talk to my husband on the phone & explain the door situation. And lastly he had given me great information to maybe replacing the door opener and how to keep the tracks from becoming flat & showed me how to tighten the bolts on the door. He was quick and very, very nice to have as a service technician..

My garage door spring broke so I called Shawn with this garage door company at 9:30pm who quoted me a price right over the phone. He was there shortly after and fixed my door in 30 minutes, I paid exactly what he quoted me over the phone, no hidden fees. I highly recommend using this garage door company if you want honest and fast service! I will use this company again and will recommend it to everyone I know.

Shawn responded very quickly to my call for help with a broken garage door spring - probably less that 1/2 hour from my original call. He did a very good job and the price was reasonable with a good warranty on the labor and parts. Highly recommended!

Shawn is a good guy, I highly recommend. I called him in the early morning on Saturday, he come to my house half hour after. He fixed my garage door in about an hour at a very reasonable price. He explained everything to me, and showed me the entire safety feature, something I even did not know before. and even lubed my door without any additional charge. If you are looking for someone to fix your garage, just give Shawn a call, he is the best!

I called this garage door company based on positive reviews on Google and they were right. I called Shawn around 4:15pm on Saturday afternoon, and he was at my home by 5:20pm that same afternoon. He looked at my door and gave me options - including the option of saying "no, thank you" (at no cost to me). He explained thoroughly and once I agreed to the work, he began working immediately, having all parts needed for the job on his trailer. He wrapped up door #1 and then took a look at door #2 (completely different issue). Again, he gave me options. I agreed to one of them and he began immediately. He was wrapped up within a couple hours leaving me with two fully functional garage doors - one of them with lifetime warranties on the parts he installed.

Not only did I save money, but I learned a few things that will help me keep my doors in tip-top shape. Other guys wanted to charge a service fee just to come out and take a look. One company wanted to charge me a weekend fee since I was calling on a Saturday. Not Shawn, he didn't up charge for a Saturday call, and was not going to charge me a fee just to take a look if I said no to any of his options. Thanks, Shawn. I will be recommending to anyone in the future that they call you first!

I called this garage door company at 9:30 am and had my springs, spring tube and wires replaced by 11:30 am. Honest and straight forward service. Shawn keeps the business small so you wont pay for corporate greed or technicians hired off the street. He has been working in the business for decades so he knows what hes doing. Most important his tool trailer looks like it has rockets on it. You can't go wrong with this guy.

I've read some of the other reviews and really all I can say is ditto. The service was fast, friendly and very fairly priced. I would recommend to any and all. Throw away all your other garage door contacts and coupons. You will not need them. Call Shawn.

Shawn absolutely knows his stuff!! This guy is an experienced service professional that answers calls in a timely fashion, shows up when he says he will, keeps you updated on progress, explains the issue, provides honest opinions and choices of repair and is quick about his work. After I explained that I could not close my door for the night with the door partially off the tracks he came to my home at the end of his work day (9pm) to get me taken care of. I wish all service professionals were really professional like this guy!!

I got this garage door company's number from "To Fix It" so I knew I'd be getting a quality company. Everyone I talked to was extremely understanding and courteous.The tech explained the process,prices and repairs clearly over the phone. He came on time, explained everything in advance, worked efficiently and cleaned as if he had never been there. Then he even offered advice on other security measures and alternative ways of protecting the equipment, that I could look into for the future. I feel so SAFE now!
