Fraud Alert! Carpet Mills promised us a stain-resistance warranty on the very high-end carpet we purchased for $8000. We never received the paperwork necessary for that warranty to take affect (for the warranty to be valid they need to provide an itemized invoice, a certification that the proper pad was used, certification for the installer, etc.) -- we never received any of these items. When the Better Business Bureau intervened on our behalf, they couldn't get Carpet Mills to respond either. Aside from that, the installation kept getting delayed because they forgot to order the floor tiles, then they didn't order enough tiles and we had to wait again. Same with the carpet -- they promised delivery on a certain day but never ordered the carpet from the manufacturer! The salesperson and owner kept referring me to their scheduling person, but the scheduling person never answered the phone. This is a very shady business.

Crappy Service I looked for someone to help me find the right kind of wood and found no one. Then after I found a piece that would probably work. I went back to the cutting saw. And pushed the button for help. Waited 5 min and no one came so I pushed it again and again and again waiting 5 min every time and no one ever came. I then was told by my son the 4 employees were in the front of the store doing absolutely nothing so I set my board down and left and the 4 people never even asked me if I needed any help as I walked past they just kept talking like it was lunch

Everything was great! We were extremely pleased with everything that was done.
Even the blanket on the dog bed was folded and ready for them.
