Well where I start. He was on time and the car was nice. Now for the real review. John must have been very tired from the night before because he was falling asleep at the wheel on a Sunday morning. With my family in the car. We still gave him a $25 tip and left for our cruise. Sunday Morning when we docked we called and left him a voice mail as instructed to. Then he proceeds to not call back. 45 min later we called again. 1 hour we called a 3rd time and now our phone number was blocked. I tried from all 4 phones in our party. He blocked them all!!!!!!! So 2 hours later and a shuttle to the Air Port to rent a car to get home from a week vacation with the family and our entire luggage we made it home 5 hours later. This car service is not reliable and if I ever see him in the streets I will tell him what I think. He is truly a first class loser and needs to move back home. Thanks JACK-A$$ ops I mean John. I wish there was a negative star system....
