Perhaps it's the rain we have been having lately, but for whatever reason my old garage door opener finally gave out. The top sprocket/gear actually sheared off, so I was in the market for a new opener. I asked around and checked the internet and I found someone with an unbelievable track record, David from this garage door company.

I called David, we talked about my situation, and we made plans for him to come by later in the week. He was on time for the meeting, took a look at what I had going on and actually offered to fix my current broken opener for much cheaper than installing a new one. Although I was tempted, it didn't make a lot of sense to fix a 12 year old opener so I went with a new one. One and a half hours later, I had a new opener, a perfectly balanced door, and the remotes to open and close it. Everything is working great!

David lives up to his the internet rating, he is that good. I will not hesitate to call him again or refer other people to him.

I agree that this garage door repair company and Roy should take their act on the road. It could be their part time gig! Had called this garage door repair company to get an estimate to compare against some of the others I had received. Called in the morning and this garage door repair company was at a jobsite, they jotted down my info, and then called back in the afternoon to let me know they were on their way. When they came out, they gave me an assessment and walked through the neighborhood showing me the differences between the types of doors. Roy made great suggestions on the designs for the windows and panel types and the finished product looks awesome! this garage door repair company's estimate did come in higher than the others but when we talked, they were willing to negotiate the price. Am definitely happy that I went with this garage door repair company and Roy since they do the work themselves and they doesn't farm the work out to a different crew so I felt comfortable that the person who gave me the estimate was also the one doing the actual work. this garage door repair company does do business the old fashioned way with agreements based on a verbal commitment and handshake. It's refreshing and nice to see that there are still people who do business in this manner. Would definitely recommend this garage door repair company and Roy to anyone who needs work done on their garage door. Hopefully I won't need garage door services again but wouldn't hesitate to call this garage door repair company and Roy.

I had this garage door repair company come out a couple of times and found them to be quick and honest. The first problem was the garage door kept opening after I closed it and they just adjusted the tension. That problem went away, but my keypad stopped working so I figured the motor finally died and I needed a new garage door system. They came back and said they didn't want to put a new one in if they could just fix the problem with a new keypad.

Awesome job they installed three doors and three door openers. Sales team was very helpful they explained everything and taught me a lot about selecting my garage door. Not one of the other compaines I spoke with took the time to educate me like door boy did. The installers were clean and very respectful of my home. I am very pleased and couldn't be happier.
