We have used many of the available cleaning service companies in the area of Dallas, and all of them have been a disappointment one way or another. We have been using 911 Bio Cleaning for longer than 1 month already, and so far. We recommend this company.

This is a great service. They called me back on the weekend and were able to work me into the schedule the next day. They arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. The place looked fantastic when they were done. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent service. Friendly, prompt staff. My house is clean and smells wonderful. I think for what you get-service, quality cleaning and someone you can trust in your home-the price can't be beat. I have offered a referral to some people and they say "that seems a little high" but having used other cleaning agencies before I can say it's actually on par or less than others. The guys from 911 Bio Cleaning did an amazing job. My apartment has never looked this great, not even when I first moved in. They were gracious and really sweet and worked really hard. I had never hired a cleaning service before so I wasn't exactly sure what to ask for, but they intuitively got all the little nooks and crannies. The price (while steep) I think is probably better than any in Dallas City with comparable service.

I just had to write another glowing review because my apartment again looks phenomenal. They were here yesterday and I'm thankful to them because now I'm not embarrassed to have company over due to my gross floors for an accidents.

My boyfriend thinks I am a sick as I see so many murder cases...Can’t help it as I find it very interesting what makes a murderer tick? This cleaning tells of what happens after death and is sometimes pretty funny. I thoroughly enjoyed!

This company was amazing, while with some small, worthwhile scenes,. I would have liked to have had more understanding of the characters besides them and about how the work their impacted them and their lives.

This company was the crime cleaning. They were prompt, professional, and honest. They are very flexible with their cleaning plan and work with you in terms of how long you want them to stay, or how deep you want them to clean. I work in a hospital and am very picky with how "well" things are cleaned. They ask you to look over everything to make sure you don't want them to go over anything before they leave. Scheduling a cleaning is also very easy, and someone always promptly answers the phone, even on weekends. Absolutely will continue to use this company.911 Bio Cleanings.

I've tried a 911 Bio Cleanings everything so nicely spotless accident cleaning, but this one was the one that really paid the most attention to detail. I was able to get whatever I needed to get done while they cleaned with no problem. They were really nice and focused on what they were doing. They also took initiative and cleaned parts of my apartment. This company is excellent, and has really great people working for them! I highly recommend them.
