called him up and told him that my garage door was no longer closing due to a broken belt and he told me he would just drive by the address, check it out and give me an estimate. True to his word, he called back that day with two alternatives (short term vs long term fix). Within a week he had ordered the parts, called me when they arrived and then finished up the following week. The best part was that I didn't have to take any time off of work and his final bill was less than his estimate (yes, less!). If you visit Dean's website, he believes people shouldn't have to wait for his service so he gives people a narrow window of time to meet them. He really is all about getting the job done and not wasting your time. I just wish he did more than garages.

Our old garage door had been acting up for quite a while and I finally got around to reading reviews and calling this place up. I can't believe how long I waited! At 2pm I made a call, at 3pm, they showed up. At 3:30pm, the cable had been fixed, the sensor alignment had been tweaked, the hardware had all been lubed, and the door worked like a charm! Well worth the $180. Thanks to everybody for the useful and accurate reviews, as always!
