Quick and easy. I am super busy and Surf City Chem Dry was extremely convenient. They booked my job, showed up when they were supposed to and they did their job. I wasn't haggled on price because I was just freshening up my carpets and they could see that and they didn't jack me around on price. They cleaned my carpets and they looked great when they were done.

My experience was good with Chem Dry. I had a new puppy that missed the pad a couple of times while potty training and Chem Dry cleaned my carpets and took out all the pet spots. The price was less than I expected. I thought that with pet spots it would have been a lot of money but they didn't charge as much as I was expecting. That was nice that I didn't have to argue over price. Ill be using them again.
