E.L.P. Networks' offices are located in El Paso, Texas U.S.A. El Paso is a growing city with a population of over 600,000. It is within walking distance to Juarez, Mexico and a short drive to Las Cruces, New Mexico, White Sands Missile Range and Sandia National Laboratory. The metropolitan area El Paso/Juarez has a population of over 2 million people. El Paso and Juarez are heavily depended on each other for trades and manufacturing. Twin Plants and The North American Free Trade Agreement (nafta) are the driving forces behind these two cities.

We were established in 1995 to offer the El Paso/Juarez metropolitan area full access and utilization of the Internet. Our staff can arrange complete Internet services at very reasonably cost.
