Poor practice. Drivers were rude and did not come through on their promises of being available.

We were told (and it says on the card 24/7) they would be available at the end of the night...no matter what time. We were hung up on...and our calls were ignored (and the bleep signaling that they were ignoring our call) was just insulting! What a bunch of A## holes. Rude and demeaning. I will be sure to spread the word that this is NOT the company to use...and they are hard to find in this area. I have plenty of exclusive clients and they will NOT be using this company!!! You have certainly hurt yourself with your poor business practices!
