Gibson's Tv/Abl Electronics

That was my review below about them not getting my paperwork and not saying I'm sorry and all that but I received a personal phone call from David Gibson himself and because of him my TV is getting fixed the same day and I will be a returning customer because of Mr. David Gibson thank you so much Gipson TVs for making this right very Professional

I called a major corporation which is Panasonic I have a warranty through them for my 55 inch TV they gave me a date and a time for service to be done through your company on Monday, March 25 between one and five. I call your office and they tell me they didn't seen my paperwork and The soonest they can have someone come to the house is Wednesday, March 27 the problem with that is I took today off of work and it is extremely hard for me to get a day off of work. The lady on the phone never said sorry for the inconvenience or anything. when I asked for the next day she said we're booked up which is not my problem I had a date and a time you guys didn't show and couldn't find my paperwork from a major corporation like Panasonic I will be damned if I let you work on my TV if you can't even find a simple Piece of paper with a date in a time on it and actually show up for your appointments that you scheduled with Panasonic. So enclosing you lost my paperwork never said sorry cost me money and time and to top it all off told me to bring the TV to you if I want faster service that's real professional.
