Had a good and bad experience with this company. The customer service basically sucks due to Rob Canzano (site supervisor). And when you find issues that come up in your brand new house, dont expect any hurry to fix them, but you can expect to hear them blaming you(and all of the sub contractors they use) for not noticing problems the very first day of moving in. I mean, they even put the wrong style of ROOF on my house...... how can you mess that up!?!?! They use very cheap material for just about everything (plastic outdoor lights, painted trim, flat white paint on ALL walls) etc. All in all, I would not recommend this builder to my friends.
