Incredible beef and the grind of the hamburger is incredible. I was told they dont use pesticides or herbacides except for the annual spring clear of the field so grass grows. No anti biotics unless completly necessary for a particular animal so really good tasting and near organic. Dont let the GS steak ads clinging to all Tessmer searches BS you into thinking your ordering from Tessmer meats. Were ready to order another 1/2 cow. Call to order and the online appears to bring you to another company so buyer beware.
