Steve Krantz was awesome to work with during the finance process of my purchase. Steve is prompt with his return calls and email reply's. He presents the options that are available for warranty extensions and finance rate options and was never "pushy." I will definitely request Steve to be part of my next purchase from Criswell Chevrolet!

Really enjoyed working with my Sales Rep, Rod Heskee. He was personable, patient, professional and as relaxed as a sales person can be (plus he was excellent with our children!) He sells Fiat, but helped us out tremendously with both the Jeep & Chevy brand vehicles in the Criswell lot. If you are in the market for a new car- I recommend that you ask for Rod at Criswell - he got us a great deal with all the end of year sales going on.

Even though we had some initial credit concerns, Rob was very good at sorting us out with the right finance for us. He was a very humorous chap who made the process a bit more enjoyable than previous experiences! Your coffees are very nice too, which, when you are sat around at various car dealerships for hours on end night after night, makes a lot of difference! trust me! We were a little nervous about being suckered into a deal we didn't want however Chip was very courteous and took his time to explain each vehicle and let us drive each car we showed interest in. He gave us the online price and made sure all repairs were complete on the vehicle. We traded in our last car and the price was very fair. Excellent transaction!
