She really works 7 days a week and does same day appointments, Had a backache on Thanksgiving day and called Karen Austen. She said "What time works for you today." I said "I'm in excruciating pain and need to see you in an hour." She said "That works for me." Karen did very deep work which I needed. I had an hour and a half massage which was only $75.00. I left the massage studio pain-free and was able to enjoy my Thanksgiving. She charges $60.00 for an hour and gives a discount for the one and a half hour massage at $75.00. A wonderful deal.
