Experienced interventional spine and pain physician Gabriel Mattei, MD, has offices in Atlantis, Boynton Beach, and Wellington, Florida, providing specialized care to patients with problems like lower back pain (including chronic axial low back pain), sciatica, lumbar spinal stenosis, herniated discs, and sports injuries. Dr. Mattei offers evidence-based treatments such as physical therapy, steroid injections, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. Dr. Mattei then spent an additional year completing an interventional pain medicine multidisciplinary fellowship at Hudson Medical in New York City. An American Board of Pain Medicine diplomate, Dr. Mattei is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He specializes in spine conditions and other musculoskeletal disorders and is particularly interested in minimally invasive techniques, neuromodulation, and biological treatments.
