Donuts are OK but nothing special! Service is non- existent. I waited for my order for over an hour. Finally inquired why approximately 40 people were serviced and provided their orders. First I sat about 10 feet from the register and made multiple eye contact with the cashier! Secondly I was literally the only patron sitting down and waiting on a dozen donuts. I even had a long talk with the manager about our grand kids. Finally I had enough and stood up and raised my arms and got the cashier's attention. The order was set aside for online order pick up therefore no one called out my name to pickup. Again I was the only one in the shop for half an hour before people starting coming in to order their donuts. And thirdly I also ordered two breakfast donuts which I received very quickly after ordering and after an hour they were soggy and of course cold as ice. I would avoid this place like the plague and not recommend it to anyone!!!!!! Sincerely, John T. Mott
