However, sometimes it is most effective to treat persistent mental health issues through a combination of talk therapy and medication.

Our therapists are currently available for in-person sessions and teletherapy sessions. REACH therapists can provide individual counseling for adults and children. Family counseling and/or couples counseling are also provided.
