Prospective patients do yourself a favor, avoid this provider at all costs.
I spoke to Lydia, who was impatient, uninformed, and because I asked too many questions related to my treatment actually and forbade me from the location and cancelled my appointment that took 6 weeks to get.
Lydia refused to connect me to her manager and later in conversation exclaimed she was the manager.
Right before she hung up on me.
What is worse is when I called the Corporate Office for Help, The exact message I received from the operator was.
"Well I hope you have a better day" and then was hung up on again. without asking me my name or anything about my experience.
I consider myself lucky I didn't make a $4000.00 purchase and need them for help in the future.
