Among other documents a student that would like to study in Argentina needs: a notarized and apostilled parental consent form where both natural parents must sign.
"If one is deceased, an original or a copy of the death certificate must be included. In case of divorce or separation, both parents still must sign as long as both have visitation rights. If extenuating circumstances exist, two separate forms may be completed, one from each parent, but both forms will need to be notarized... And apostilled by each parent.
The documents listed below, along with their Apostilles (if required) must be translated into Spanish with a certificate of accuracy attached.
Birth Certificate, official. Be sure you have an official, government issued certificate with a raised seal visible and both natural parents' s names on it... You must then have your birth certificate translated into Spanish. The translation must also include a certificate of accuracy, notarized.
Another document is the FBI Clearance certificate. Your local police station can help you with fingerprinting.
