I purchased a wellness package for 2- 60 min massage/acupuncture combination sessions for my boyfriend and I. When making the appointment the women i spoke with acted very inconvenienced that i would want an appointment over the weekend in the evening, but agreed that we both could be seen. Upon arrival, Amy( the therapist) was very cold and seemed hurried. We were both seen at the same time, with only one practitioner present. This was our first acupuncture experience. she put the needles in one person , then left and did the other. it was quite a long time to be laying on a cold table, half naked, with pins sticking out all over you and a song repeating over and over and over on the radio. Then when she finally returned for the massage. It was hurried and very painful. She used and "ancient Chinese" method to get the knots out of my back that left me severely bruised and purple all over. She kept complaining how tight we both were, and said several times we should have done some stretching, yoga and relaxation before the appointment. I thought getting a massage and acupuncture session was suppose to be relaxing. We did not get our full appointment either. We were there together for an hour total- even though we had paid for 2 - 60 min sessions. Do not go there unless you like to be bruised, hurried and leave in a bad mood!
