Job Description
Affinity Home Care is looking for passionate, caring, reliable female caregiver for a HOURLY and LIVE-IN casse in Northern Illinois. Duties include personal care, assistance with dressing, companion care, may include transportation, meal preparation, med reminders, and light housekeeping.
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of caregiving experience
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Must pass criminal background check, TB test and health screening
• Have minimum of 2 supervisory references
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Able to converse, read and write in English
