Affinity Home Care is fully licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) as Home Services Agency and as Home Services Placement Agency and by Illinois Department of Labor (DOL) as Private Employment Agency and is fully insured, bonded.

We help seniors and older adults with non-medical activities of daily living including meal preparation, assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation and much more. Care and companionship is available on an hourly or a live-in basis. We are the experts when it comes to live-in care. Affinity Home Care is dedicated to provide exceptional, client-centered and comprehensive in-home senior care services and assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Within our full service agency, all our caregivers are the employees of the company. They are screened, trained, bonded,and insured. The agency handles hiring, firing, training, supervisory, all taxes and other employment obligations such as workers’ compensation, liability coverage, bond and addressing performance issues.

We offer over 200 hours of Federally approved training courses for caregivers including 40 hour Personal Care Aide Training, MS Care, End Of Life Care, Alzheimer's and Memory Care, Safety, HIPAA, nutrition, etc.

We are a Government Contractor and service Department of Veteran Affairs.

As Home Services Placement Agency and Private Employment Agency we offer caregiver referrals where clients move forward with direct hire. In such situations clients are responsible for hiring, firing, offering continual training, liability insurance and worker's comp coverages, supervision and wages as well as employment taxes paid. Most of our staff is bilingual.
