Now is the time to buy condo investments in Florida with prices at an all time low. There are lots of opportunities from beachfront condos at under $300,000 to condos near the beach at under $50,000. The are some particularly great buys in the $50K to $100K range within a short drive to amazing beaches. The variety includes one, two and even three bedroom units. Some include walk outs to private gardens. All units typically are in buildings that include beautiful pools, attractive common lounge areas and exercise gyms. The west coast of Florida offers some great low price points. One of the best areas is at or near the beaches on the west coast of Pinellas county, because of the incredible sunsets and the many things to do nearby. Clearwater Beach has recently become a true world class beach destination. A variety of fine hotels and condos line the wide sands on the Gulf of Mexico there. The recently completed Beach Walk promenade gives a unique feature to the beach. Disney World is 90 minutes away, Busch Gardens 40 is a minute drive and Tampa International Airport just 30 minutes by car or taxi. And now the most recently new popular Florida attraction, the Clearwater Marine Science Aquarium - home of Winter the Dolphin, is 5 minutes away. Purchase costs for condos within a short drive of Clearwater Beach continue to be at 30% to 50% of what they were at the price peak in 2006! Prices have no place to go but up!!
