-Plan ahead and schedule an appointment with your doctor for a thorough physical exam along with blood work well before your expected submission date.
-Carefully examine and bring along your necessary paperwork to make certain that dates and requirements are met.
-Be sure to give your doctor notice that you will be asking them to fill out this paperwork as he or she will need time to carefully complete it.
-Finally, keep your Mobile Notary in the loop towards the end so they may coordinate with your doctor to get those important documents signed in a timely manner.
