Keep Healthy Snacks Around To Lose Weight And Good Health!
If you would like to stay slender, feel more energy, feel more alert and alive, and just all around better, then don't eat large meals!
Nothing will make you more sluggish and sleepy then too much food in your system.
Your liver can't detoxify it as efficiently and the extra calories will turn in to fat. Especially if you are eating processed food which is washed out of many of the vital nutrients that should be in the food.
If those meals include processed sugars and sweets, then they will also convert to fat.
The natural way to eat is small amounts at a time with many many snacks in between.
Think of food like gasoline for a car. It is just energy. Energy ,properly digested, should get used at least 85-90%
Then you will also find your stomach getting smaller and your appetite settling down.
OK.. don't be rude.. if you go to a dinner party and someone goes through a lot of trouble to make dinner for you ,EAT IT! But then go back to a small meal diet.
If you start including good organic foods (which are best if you prepare yourself) and then start xersizing, you will see a vast improvement in health in about 6 weeks.
So keep a lot of good snacks around you, Like fruit and vegetables (not sugar candy)and you will feel more energetic, sharper in your mind and skinny!
