Hello, I will post more info on weight loss very shortly. Toxins get deep into your fatty tissues. Your body reacts to these toxins by trying to make them ineffectual. So toxins get surrounded and attacked by a protective fat layer. The more toxins, the thicker the layer. Niacin (not the flush free kind) will dig deep into your fat tissues and draw the toxins into your blood stream. Once you have taken the Niacin, you will feel very tingly. It may be uncomfortable at first. You can try to get used to it, or you can cut back on the dosage. But once you feel the tingle, then work out (preferably run) for 20 straight minutes (at least). This will bring the toxins to the surface. At this point, you need to sweat. A sauna with heated stones is the best. First just sweat for a minute or two. Make sure you take a couple of teaspoons of healthy oils. Slowly build up your time in the sauna. Be careful. But add a few minutes, then five then 15 etc. until you can stay in the sauna for 30-45 minutes. Keep at it, and you will be able to bear it for an hour... but be patient and make sure there is a cool shower or pool nearby. As you get older, it is more difficult to burn fat. After you are 40, it takes a full hour of exersize just to MAINTAIN your weight (without losing toxins). I would suggest you come in also for a 21 day regimen of Ionic foot detox. You can read about the miraculous effects of it on our website. The regimen for foot detox is every other day for 14 days, then stop for a week. then continue for another 7 days. You will be able to visibly see the toxins in the water. Plus foot detox releases endorphins which make you feel happy. You can also get your own detox machine if you wish. I can show you how. There are many fancy diets and regimens, but w/out toxin removal, your body will try to protect itself by surrounding the toxic cells with fat. No matter how fancy the diet, weight loss only occurs when you burn more calories than you take in. So when you order food, order child’s portions. We tend to eat whatever is in front of us, so if you have a smaller portion, you will eat less. In time your stomach will shrink down, and you will only feel comfortable with the smaller portions.
