Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE
This position will be responsible for assisting the sales and marketing department in managing Ace Resources' corporate identity both on and offline, including brand awareness, promotion, lead generation, and community outreach. This position will also help the executive team manage the day-to-day sales and marketing functions, including researching, tracking, analyzing and reviewing sales and marketing activities for effectiveness to maximize results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES THAT SUPPORT OVERALL GOALS

1. Online/Internet Marketing
--Assist in development and implementation of social media marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social sites.
--Assist in maintenance of the company website, editing content, SEO, blog posts, etc as needed.
--Assist in development and implementation of email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact and/or other email programs.

2. Offline Marketing
--Assist in the development and implementation of direct mail marketing campaigns.
--Assist in research and implementation of corporate events, including trade shows, client meetings, and networking functions.
--Help outsource or create in-house marketing materials as needed for offline marketing functions and activities, including flyers, postcards, letterhead, brochures, and promotional items, as well as helping maintain inventory.

Additional duties may include processing leads, maintaining customer/lead databases, following up on leads to assure timely delivery of requested materials, and other administrative duties on an as-needed basis.

Must have Microsoft Office Experience; Outlook; and CRM Program experience. We are looking for a creative; independent individual who can take a task from the cradle to the grave.
