Mrs. Christia'n was FIRED from her last job due to job cuts, which forced her into what we call HUSTLE MODE. She knew that she couldn't allow that to keep her from bringing food to the table and doing her part as a mother and provider. Being a married woman wasn't an excuse for Christia'n to rely on her husbands income solely, she believes that every women should have their OWN. Having your own gives you a peace of mind, and sense of FREEDOM and security. We should never leave our financial freedom in the hands of others, its up to YOU to take control.

Ms. Kim has a strong background in human resources, consulting, and real estate. Her wisdom and knowledge is essential to the network and the mentorship programs in which she helps teach. Having been in the workforce for over 30 years, Ms. Kim FINALLY said enough is enough and decided to join her daughter and establish a network to help other women WIN. Working everyday and not being rewarded or not seeing the elevation of success that we all deserve was enough for Ms. Kim. She finally joined forces with her daughter Christia'n to help other women get out the BOX of lost hopes and dreams "THE CUBICLE" and created a network dedicated to helping women create a new beginning. She's Got Her OWN Network was born.
