Celebrate Valentines Day a little early with family or friends at HospitaliTea shop at State Street Market. Chocolate chip scones with Devonshire cream and choice of teas along with cookies. Enjoy a few games of Bingo from 1-3pm with prizes for the winners. Proceeds for Bingo will go to the Community Crisis Center of Elgin. $1.00 for extra bingo cards
