I provide counseling to teen and adult individuals as well as couples and families. My speciality comes in working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression, sexual abuse, and trauma, and relationship issues.

I am an EMDR therapist who works with those struggling with trauma and sexual abuse from their past. This could be anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, flashbacks, nightmares, hyper-vigilance, not feeling safe, body issues, and difficult thoughts.

I also work with teens who are struggling to fit in and feel good enough. Those who feel that the pain they are facing is too much and therefore causes them to want to harm themselves. Those that struggle with anxiety and depression and have a difficult time understanding their emotions.

Awards: I received my certification for completing my Basic Training in EMDR and am now working towards my certification.
