Personal Defense Connection can help.

You'll learn practical and effective Self Defense Strikes and Escapes. These proven, no-nonsense skills are easy to learn and remember.
You'll receive two hours of skill training in a friendly atmosphere from an instructor that has been teaching self defense to Corrections Officers and college students for over 25 years.
Boost your confidence. Learn how to defend yourself and your loved ones.
For all shapes, sizes and ages (16 and over). Please Note: Minors must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.
12/11/18, 7-9 pm. Aware Today-Alive Tomorrow: Self Defense doesn't begin with physical blows.
Self Defense starts with using Threat Awareness to avoid dangerous situations. The better you are at threat awareness skills, the better your chances will be to avoid a physical attack altogether.
Sign up today to learn how to keep from becoming a target and how to recognize dangerous situations.
This is an awareness-only class. No physical/fighting skills are included. Typically, this class is for 16 years and older. However, we will make exceptions for this class if you feel that your younger child is mature enough to handle frank discussions about self defense.
