I can't think of any reason to shop here!
-Clothes are overpriced
-No discounts for local hospital employees
-Associates were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful
-They require that you complete a "customer ID" before making any purchases. This includes asking for your name, address, email address, phone number, employer name, what department you work in, etc. They automatically put you on a list to receive advertisements by mail and email. Twice I asked to be removed and was ignored. They called to ask about a purchase I made a month ago, insisting the phone call was mandatory and to check that I was "happy". I would have been much happier if they hadn't wasted my time calling me about a purchase that I was clearly unhappy about, since I returned it, duh!
-I was told to join their rewards program, and by told I mean practically ordered to. It was not a suggestion, and it was not explained what the rewards program was. Just told to fill out another form. Rude!
