Northland Pawn

Wow! What a great experience. Northland Pawn in Kansas City is definitely not what I had expected. I kind of expected to go in and meet some dirty "used car salesman" kind of guys. I was soooo wrong. They always answers the phone, even on their days off. They are always professional, respectful and very nice to talk to. First, let me tell you they are not some dirty used pawn shop store front. They are in a VERY nice strip mall in Riverside/Kansas City, Missouri, A huge plus. They are extremely polite and they explained in detail everything they were looking for and the steps they were taking to verify validity of some of the items I brought (gold I wanted to sell). They answered all of my questions and even more. This is exactly the kind of service and professionalism one would pray for, and usually not get, when you are looking to sell or appraise some of your personal items. I would trust and recommend Northland Pawn to anyone! A+++
