The only good thing about this place is that you don't pay extra for utitilities. They don't fix things in a timely manner. The owner is not local. They never answer the phone in the office. They get residence to do their work such as passing out memos. They are very indirect about saying that they do not pay taxes so you will not get a rent rebate they said if you live in a place that does not pay taxes you will not get one--well, do you or don't you. They get our money and huds money every month they could afford two ddumpsters and a recycling bin. But they choose not to recycle so they have tons of trash.
