House of Windsor

Beware! My fiancé and I purchased our engagement ring from House of Windsor and I was without it for 9 of the first 10 weeks, sending it back and forth to them for flaws (cracked shaft, warped setting, loose stone, etc) they introduced when sizing the ring. In the end, they had to replace the setting entirely. While this was being done, they also decided to replace my large center stone with a new stone without telling me. When I finally received my ring back, it was accompanied by a letter informing me that they decided to replace the large center emerald with a new emerald. The new emerald was different in shape and color. I was shocked that they did this without talking to me, especially since the reason we fell in love with and bought the ring was because of the original emerald. In my opinion, this is an example of an unethical business practice and I do NOT recommend this Jeweler.
