Helen's 25+ YEARS in massage therapy really comes through. She seems to instinctively know when to use a lot of pressure & when to go more lightly. Since I've been seeing her every 2 weeks for the past 5 years my NECK is pain free!!!

During Helen"s MASSAGE, I feel I am getting her full attention & best effort every time I am there. Her office is very pleasant, warm; a safe environment in which I can fully relax. She is always attuned to detail & my comfort. AND, she returns my phone call promptly. SHE CARES. SHE"S THE BEST!!!!

Helen's MASSAGE is very therapeutic!! She focuses on the areas of my body that are giving you pain, while not neglecting the rest of me. She intuitively knows where I need lots of pressure, and where I need a lighter touch. She also uses all natural products including a homeopathic one that reduces some bruises I had! When I had knee replacement surgery, her massage brought the swelling down.
