Yes, you must complete the government paperwork needed to satisfy all federal, state, and local laws concerning the transfer of firearms purchase at your local Fleet Farm store location. Once all paperwork is completed, processed, and verified, the store will transfer the firearm into your possession.
State and local jurisdictions can impose additional fees or taxes that must be paid when you pick up your firearm (for example, background-check fees or local taxes).
When you receive the firearm at the Fleet Farm store, please inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer. Once you complete the applicable government transfer process and accept firearm possession, the firearm cannot be returned to Fleet Farm. Fleet Farm does not accept returns of any firearms.
New firearms purchased online at FleetFarm.com are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please see the manufacturer’s website or owner’s manual for specific details.
Fleet Farm requires age verification for online orders containing any age restricted items, per federal regulations, placed for either ship to home or pick up in store. Items with an age verification requirement will display a warning message on the product detail page, indicating the minimum age requirement for purchase.
• Bring your current, valid government-issued photo identification so we can validate your order, identity, age, and current residency address. • At the time of pickup, you will be asked to record your current residence address on ATF Form 4473, Firearms Transaction Record. If the address on your government-issued photo identification does not agree with your current residence address, you must bring another government-issued document with you for address verification. Examples of other government documents would include: A vehicle registration, a vehicle title, a hunting license or a voter identification card. • Your state of residence or local jurisdiction may have a specific license or permit requirement. If so, you must possess the required credential before you may take possession of the firearm. Please check your applicable federal, state, or local laws if you have any questions. • Minnesota: Handguns and MSR’S must have a valid Permit to Purchase or Permit to Carry when presenting documentation at the time of pick up. Option 2 is not available at our stores.
• Orders that contain firearms must be placed by the actual recipient of the firearm(s). • Purchases cannot be made to furnish or purchase a firearm for another person, knowing that the person is prohibited from possessing a firearm. • Handgun buyers must be 21 years of age or older, and a resident of the state where the transfer will occur. • Long gun buyers must be 18 years of age or older. • Pistol-grip shotgun or other firearm buyers must be 21 years of age or older, and a resident of the state where the transfer will occur. • Firearms receiver or frame buyers must be 21 years of age or older, and a resident of the state where the transfer will occur. • Firearm transfer and use is subject to government regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in compliance with all regulations that apply to the purchase of firearms and ammunition. • We cannot sell some items in certain jurisdictions. • Firearms are sold only as equipped by the manufacturer. We do not add to or take away from the manufacturer's configuration.

You can only add items to your cart that you are permitted to purchase in your state of residence. 3. Choose the Fleet Farm store at which you would like to pick up your item(s). • Availability of pickup location depends on whether the items you order are allowed to be sold by Fleet Farm in that location. • Please note, by adding a Firearm(s) to your cart, you are acknowledging that you agree with our Online Firearm Ordering Agreement. 4. Complete the checkout process. Your local jurisdiction may impose an additional background-check fee or firearm tax that you will need to pay at time of pickup. 5. Items can be returned at Customer Care using the receipt that is provided to you at the time the item is picked up from the store, or by using the debit or credit card you used as payment.
Your order will be held at the store for 5 days. If your order isn't picked up after 5 days, we'll cancel the order and you won't be charged.
To pick up your order, you will be required to present a valid photo ID, as well as a copy of your order confirmation email, either printed or shown on your phone. By ordering an age restricted item, you certify that you satisfy the age restriction. Items which are ordered online for pick up at a local Fleet Farm location require biller age and ID verification upon time of pickup. Additionally, the biller information submitted at the time of order placement must match the identity of the pick-up person at time of pickup.
Most orders will be available for pickup at the Customer Care Desk. For some larger items, you may be required to pick up your item at the Outside Yard. Please refer to your pick-up confirmation email for the exact pick-up location for your order.
Sometimes an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable. If we need to cancel the item, we'll send you an email to let you know as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a pickup notification via email. If you selected an alternate pickup person, they'll also receive the email notification. Your order will be held at the store for 5 days. If your order isn't picked up after 5 days, we'll cancel the order and you won't be charged.
Sorry, but you can't change your pick-up store. You must pick up your order at the store location you originally selected. If you're unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order either by calling Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456 or letting the pick-up window expire.

Our Buy Online, Pick Up in Store service allows you to order items from FleetFarm.com and pick them up at your local Fleet Farm store. To see if an item is eligible, look for the Pick Up in Store radio button on the product page when adding the item to your cart. To place an order using Buy Online, Pick Up in Store: 1. Find a Pick Up in Store eligible item and select color, size and quantity (if applicable). 2. Select a store for pickup. • If the store listed doesn't have the item available or you want to pick up at another location, select "Change Store" to search for additional stores using your ZIP code. 3. If your order has multiple items, it may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. We do not charge you extra for split shipments. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order. You can use Order Tracking to see when separate shipments are on the way.
When you place an order on FleetFarm.com, you'll receive an email acknowledging your order and another email once the order has shipped. The emails will provide an estimated delivery date range that indicates when we believe we'll be able to fulfill your order. We're not able to provide an exact delivery date due to product availability, shipping location and method.

Fill in the required registration information. When complete, select Save Tax Exemption. • Up to six tax exempt profiles may be entered for each account. • If you have more than one tax profile, you will be prompted to indicate which of the tax profiles you are using for that order. No. Fleet Farm gift cards or eGifts don't expire or have additional fees. The gift card value will only reduce when it’s used to make a purchase. As long as a balance remains on your gift card, it is valid.
You may purchase an unlimited number Gift Cards/eGifts; however, the total value of Gift Cards purchased may not exceed $2000 in one order.
Gift card orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission.
Free Promotional Fleet Farm Gift Cards are sent when the qualifying purchase item ships or is picked up*. Fleet Farm orders including a free promotional Fleet Farm Gift Card for qualifying items are now delivered via email. This email will include a link where you can access your Gift Card number and access code for redemption on FleetFarm.com, and a barcode for redemption at a Fleet Farm store. If the qualifying purchase item was canceled for any reason, the promotional item will also be canceled. You should treat your gift card like cash. Points usually post to your account very soon after your purchase. For in-store purchases, you should see your points within 24 hours after your purchase. For online orders, points do not display until after the purchases have shipped. You should see those points reflected within 24-72 hours after your entire order has shipped.
The points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Fleet Rewards program account. If you return a purchase after you have already earned a Reward for it, your points balance may fall below zero.
Rewards points expire 365 days after they are earned.
Fleet Rewards members are eligible for a $5 Reward every time they reach 500 points. Points are earned by purchasing items at Fleet Farm stores, on FleetFarm.com, or in the Fleet Farm Mobile App.
You can choose the denomination in which you receive your Rewards. Your default will be automatically set to receive a $5 Reward once you reach 500 points (or spend $500). However, if you prefer to save up for bigger Rewards, you can choose a $10 Reward once you reach 1,000 points (or spend $1000), a $15 Reward once you reach 1,500 points (or spend $1500), or a $20 Reward once you reach 2,000 points (or spend $2,000). Fleet Rewards® Credit Cardholders also have the option of receiving a $25 Rewards Card when you earn a total of 2,500 Rewards Points. You can update your settings at any time. Please allow up to one week for changes to be applied.
Rewards are automatically generated and usually issued within 24-48 hours after they are earned. You can find your available Rewards any time by logging into your account at FleetFarm.com or via the Fleet Farm Mobile App. If you’ve signed up to receive emails or text notifications from Fleet Farm, we will send you an email or text when you have a Reward available.
Once you have earned a Reward it will be sent to you via email and/or text, depending on your preferences. Your Rewards are also available in your online account, so be sure to log in at FleetFarm.com or via the Fleet Farm Mobile App to access your Rewards.

Yes, Rewards will expire 30 days after they are issued. Once Rewards expire they can no longer be redeemed or reissued. Fleet Rewards® Credit Cardholders have the option of receiving a $25 Rewards Card when you earn a total of 2,500 Rewards Points, and the $25 Rewards Card has no expiration date.
Points will be credited back to your Fleet Rewards account for all returns where Rewards were used as a tender. You will see the points in your Fleet Rewards account within 1-7 business days.

In-Store To use your card at a retail store location, simply present your gift card as a means of payment. If your order total is greater than the balance on your gift card you will be asked for an additional form of payment. FleetFarm.com 1. Select Add a Gift Card as your payment method at checkout. 2. Enter the 16-digit gift card number and 8-digit access number found on the back of your card. • To reveal the access number on a new gift card, scratch off the protective silver covering. Gift cards and eGift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at any Fleet Farm store as well as at FleetFarm.com. Fleet Farm Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit unless required by law. eGift Cards are the perfect gift any time of the year. Select the amount you would like to give (between $5 and $2000) and select the date you want to send it. We e-mail it to your recipient. It's that simple!
You will receive an eGift Card claim link via email. Follow the instructions in the message to retrieve your eGift Card, and then choose "Download Giftable PDF." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient, and may be redeemed at any Fleet Farm store, or on FleetFarm.com.
Fleet Farm eGift Cards are delivered to the recipient via email with delivery instantly (within 4 hours) or on a specific date you choose (up to 60 days in the future). The email sent to the recipient includes a link to claim their eGift Card online. When the recipient opens the link, the eGift Card design you selected will be displayed along with the recipient's name, your personalized message, the eGift Card number, amount and instructions on how to redeem their eGift Card.
You will receive an email message confirming delivery to the recipient, as well as a message notifying you when the eGift Card has been viewed. If the eGift Card is not viewed within 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456 with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase.
Gift cards purchased on FleetFarm.com are shipped free of charge via USPS when Standard Shipping is selected at checkout. For gift card orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping option will default to Second-Day at no additional charge.
Physical Gift Cards are affixed to a paper carrier and mailed inside a standard #10 envelope. The recipient's name, sender's name, your personalized message and the Gift Card amount are printed on the carrier.
Shipping time will depend on processing time and the delivery method you select. Physical gift cards can take up to 3 business days to process for shipment. Listed below are the delivery options: • Standard Shipping (4-7 Business days) - Free • 2nd Day Shipping (3-5 business days, if order is received by 12 PM CT) - $12.00 • Express Shipping (Next business day, if order is received by 12 PM CT) - $16.00
Older gift cards previously sold in the retail stores do not have PIN numbers and may be used only for retail store purchases. These cards may be replaced with a new card at any retail store. Call Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456 for assistance replacing a card without a PIN.

Fleet Farm does not offer rain checks for clearance, one-shot deals, toys, "While Supplies Last" items, items unavailable at certain locations, as well as other items as determined by management.
A rain check may be available if a sale item is not available at your Fleet Farm store. The rain check entitles you to today's sale price for ten days after an item has been made available at the issuing store. Rain checks are not offered on FleetFarm.com.
