The doctors here are great, but the secretary makes getting an appointment with them near impossible. She is incompetent, will leave you on hold for 30+ minutes, "accidentally" hang up on you without calling back, give you appointments when none of the doctors are free, etc. She made making an appointment almost literally hell.
