Bad customer service. I scheduled an inspection, where they gave me a 2-hour window to wait for the inspector. I came all the way from work and HE NEVER SHOWED UP NOR CALLED. I called the customer service number to find out why the guy never showed up and they didn't even apologize! They wanted to re-schedule the visit. What a waste of time! They really don't care about other people's time!
