This is by far the worst school bus company i am in the process of having my kid go with another bus company. I am also putting in a complaint as well as the school. Customer service is really bad. No one picks up the phone hardly ever, then if you do get a hold of someone they are very nasty individuals. I honestly hope they lose a lot of their contracts for being neglectful towards parents and their kids. Why would any parent want a company like this handling their disabled kids. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
